When do bosses think you are even working?

Finally, it’s Friday evening, and I was like,Yeah, let’s just write this. Work and schedule go hand in hand, which every worker or staffer abides by. While dedication, hard work, time management, meetings, and modifications are part and parcel of a job, there exists this invisible asteroid in the boss’s mind, unable to maintain its trajectory, that hurtles towards the employee at great speeds in the form of sudden WhatsApp calls or via office applications that, with an impact, leaves a superficial to deep crack in the worker’s mind.

Despite working creatively, you get these spurts from your manager, which really irks and is annoying. A friend of mine narrated his ordeal, and I was like, I couldn’t agree more. Every employee is different, and even two employees with the same profile and area of specialisation have their own individual style of working and delivery.

I personally hate managers and bosses who are always crying babies, indecisive, try to mock others, egoistic, and incorrigible. Whether you are working remotely or from the office, this phenomenon is a regular occurrence, and there is no Shanti.

  1. Only an employee knows his/her state of mind.
  2. When a manager asks — Were you even working, the feeling of making him type each and every sentence that you were doing since 10 Am to 8pm should serve as a punishment.
  3. Nobody appreciates unnecessary poking, especially when your manager says- Yeah this looks good and the same after ten days changes to This is not what I wanted, there is no flow, Is he working, did he/she log-in?
  4. Holding a degree from a prestigious university doesn’t mean he/she is a resourceful and understanding manager/boss.

I told these very lines to my friend. Well, if you are creative and know what you are doing correctly, then it is an open sky for you. You know well!
